Palm Jungle Loop, Royal National Park, Sydney, NSW.

Getting there:
Clockwise or Anticlockwise? If you choose clockwise you go down the steep section to the beach at Burning Palms and then you head south and climb gradually up through the palm jungle and up more till you are back on the ridge above the coast. From there you get onto a service trail and head north back to Garawarra. This is a good way to go if you do not like steep climbs. It would also be best in the cooler months so you catch the sun at the beach before it goes behind the hill.
In summer you may want to head anticlockwise south along the service trail and then down through the palm jungle and on to the beach. You could have a swim and later in the afternoon when it cools down head up the hill back to Garawarra.
